We understand how business critical time is when engaging with a service like ours so we can ensure you that:

It takes us 48 hours or less to provide consultant profiles after a requirement gathering session
And less than 2 weeks to onboard a OJC consultant (depending on your internal processes)

With a history in APAC going back 13 years and offices based in Hong Kong and Singapore, we are perfectly situated to support any projects locally with local talent. Through 2023, of 137 consultants seconded to HK or SG projects, 124 were based locally and working within our client’s offices. Of course if remote staff is your objective (to reduce costs or create a 24 hour a day project delivery solution) then we are set up and experienced to employ consultants in 146 countries.

Having weighed up the pros and cons of multiple countries for off-shoring we settled and committed solely on Malaysia: we believe it is the optimum solution, combining skill sets, language capabilities and price perfectly.

We have been mapping the Malaysia candidate market for nine years to prepare us, 98% of our talent pool are Malaysia nationals based locally.

Once needs are understood and talent is identified, it’s essential that we deliver…and we do! Over 96% of our consultants convert from verbal acceptance to start date. This is down to a meticulous interview management process, a clear understanding of developing the relationship between consultant and client from the first time they meet and finally a well organised consultant care programme ensuring our people are being listened to and know events happening next.
